Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their internet service at any time by contacting our customer support team via [phone/email/online portal].
  • Connection Cancellation or Connection Hold requests must be submitted at least 1-2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • If cancellation is requested mid-billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • If the subscription plan is activated, customers have 24 hours to revert the plan or change the Subscription speed. After this period, no changes will be allowed.
  • If the customer is under a contract term (e.g., 12/15 months), the plan cannot be terminated in between.
  • Free Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their month-to-month plan within the first 48 hours (2 days) after activation.
  • After 48 Hours: No cancellations are permitted for month-to-month plans after 2 days of activation. The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

1.3 Equipment Return

  • Leased equipment (e.g., modem, router) must be returned within 3 days of cancellation.
  • Failure to return equipment may result in a non-return fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Service Refunds

  • Monthly/Annual Prepaid Plans: No refunds for partial months. If service is canceled mid-cycle, no prorated refund will be issued.
  • Installation Fees: Non-refundable once the service has been activated.

2.2 Billing Errors

  • If an overcharge occurs due to a billing error, customers must report it within 3 days for a refund or account credit.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
